rake db:migrate fails with unitialized constant CKEditor

Solution: After gem ‘rb-inotify’ add gems

gem 'rb-fsevent'     
gem 'rb-fchange'

And put CKEditor.rb code in comment then perform db migration. and after migration uncomment CKEditor code.
